Information of Allowances
Lodging & Boarding allowances will be payable to the employees for tour within India on official work at the rates specified.
Lodging Allowance will cover all normal bonafide expenses of lodging only required during the period of tour at various places. Lodging allowances will be paid at the specified rates; subject to maximum of actual expenses as per bill. Submission of bill is compulsory. Boarding Allowance will cover all normal expenses while on traveling & at stay (Such as Meals, Refreshment). |
Classification of Grades
Company will provide internet services at site through best available sources and also if required to their mobile data plans hence no need of any kind of eligible or sanction limits for net setters, some optional net setters will be available with office coordinator and can be used as per requirement with permission of Admin Department.

Note: – (1) The limits mentioned above are maximum permissible rates on submission of actual bill.
* Existing arrangement of adding personal incentive allowance of Rs.150 to boarding allowance to Labour will continue.
Local Conveyance
Use of Personal Vehicle for Local Conveyance: -The Company has a policy of allowing employees to use personal vehicle for local duties in their ‘Duty Station’. The entitlements are given below. These entitlements are for local duties only at ‘Home station’ and should not be mixed with Tour entitlement. The reimbursement rates for use Car / Two – wheeler is notified from time to time as per prevailing cost of fuel.
The rates shall be revised from time to time, based on fuel prices prevalent. |
Part Day calculation for Day Tour Entitlement
The Entitlement shall be calculated on a 24-hour clock basis. The start time would be the start time of departure and end on return time of tour. Where part days are involved, the calculation shall be as indicated as under.
